Portrait Photography
This project explores creative direction through photography, focusing on visual storytelling, composition, and atmosphere to build a cohesive and expressive image series.

About the Project
The objective of this photoshoot and image treatment was to create a portrait that felt less rigid, bringing more of the model’s personality into the photograph.
I aimed to deconstruct the traditional formality of portrait photography while also allowing the model’s essence and authenticity to emerge naturally in each frame.
The visual treatment reinforces this intention, creating a more organic and intimate atmosphere.

Visual Strategy
The photographic approach focuses on creating a genuine connection between photographer and model, prioritizing spontaneous moments over artificial poses.
Elements considered throughout the creative process:
• Soft lighting and editing techniques that preserve the image’s natural texture.
• Framing that highlights expression and personality.
• Color treatment that enhances the organic atmosphere.
• Compositions that balance close and distant perspectives.

Tools
In this project, I used Adobe Lightroom to curate the photos.
